If you want to move forward we can do so once we have a 50% deposit and a signed contract. At this point we reserve your date on the calendar!
40-60 days prior to your event we send over a questionnaire to confirm all the details for your event (we know things can still be up in the air for events when booking several months to a year out.) We will use these details to define our final consultation and tasting prior to your event!
We love this part! We will schedule a tasting to finalize your bar menu as well as all of the details for your event!
Don’t worry, it’s very easily done online and we will show you how at your consultation.
We will order the liquor via ABC online ordering during the consultation! Due to ABC laws, you will need to be sure that your alcohol makes it to the venue and leaves with you at the conclusion of your event. You keep any leftovers.
We arrive about 1 hour prior to the event to set up!
